About our Collars
The HedzUPPets® Watercolar© is designed for use both as a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) for pets, as well as a training tool to give your pet enough confidence in the water to allow you to teach him how to safely find his way out of the pool. Pets often do not understand that the steps generally are located only on one side of the pool, so they have to be taught where the steps are and how to find them.
Our new design incorporates further safety measures and comfort for your pet. The Watercollar does not have to be tight around your pet's neck, his own collar is fed through the loops of the Watercollar and it hangs below his own collar.

Care of Your Watercollar: Our collars are made of 100% cotton fabric. They are completely machine washable in cold water, and should be air dried in a shady spot, to keep fading to a minimum. FOR BEST RESULTS, BE SURE TO ATTACH THE STRAPS OF THE COLLAR TOGETHER BEFORE WASHING. Note: To lengthen the life of your collar, after the dog has been in the pool, it is advised that you rinse the collar to remove the chlorine or salt, then let it air dry.

Refund & Return Policy
We proudly stand behind all of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. You may return any product purchased from us within forty-five (45) days of the order date if there is a problem. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully:
1. You should e-mail us at CustomerService@HedzUPpets.com, or call us at 504-861-4112 and request a return code. Please provide an explanation as to why you wish to return your product.
2. Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please return items to P.O. Box 13983, New Orleans, LA 70185. We must have the following information: Your name, order number, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and return code.
3. We will contact you with details of your refund once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error. HedzUPpets.com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased from HedzUPpets.com.

How to Attach the HedzUpPets Watercollar
1. First, thread your dog’s own collar through the loops of the watercollar. The watercollar attaches together behind his head. 2. With him facing you, holding the water collar with the Logo Label facing to your left, secure his own collar in place. 3. Bend the short strap (of the two straps on your right) down to meet the “anchor” (the strip of Velcro-like Loop on the left, inside of the collar). 4. Then, fold the single strap on your left over to match the Velcro-like Hook on the right side. 5. Fold the locking strap back to the left over the top, and you’re done.
